ACE Driving School Terms and Conditions
Payment of lessons is by cash, check and online. I prefer payment of the full amount prior to the lesson or immediately afterwards, and no later. Block booking payments must be paid for in advance.
Punctuality is essential, and it is required for a pupil to be on time for the lessons. If there is any lateness on my part due to unforeseen circumstances, I will inform you as soon as possible.
Refund and refund requests will be discussed before the start of the driving lesson or of any intensive course.
Driving Lesson Cancellations
If you wish to cancel a lesson, please allow 24 hours notice. Failure to give adequate notice will result in penalty charge of hourly rate.
Practical test bookings - if in my professional opinion I feel that a particular pupil is not ready for the practical driving test, I will advise to delay the test. However, if you still wish to continue it is your right to do so; though I may decide to withhold the car from you.
